Twelve of the thirteen Haryana seats were won by the BJP, and one was won by the Indian National Lok Dal (INLD).

The Congress was not pleased with the Bharatiya Janata Party’s victory in the Haryana assembly election. They claimed that there were anomalies in the vote tallying process on the day when its saffron opponents achieved a third consecutive victory.
The grand old party filed a new memorandum to the Election Commission of India pointing to “irregularities” in the vote-counting process in 13 Haryana assembly seats. Previously, the Congress had claimed irregularities in seven assembly seats. The Indian Express reported on this development.

The Indian National Lok Dal (INLD) won one seat, while the BJP claimed the other twelve. Of these thirteen seats, eleven featured straight races between the Congress and the BJP, one included a contest between the Congress and the INLD, and one featured a contest between the BJP and an Independent candidate.

What’s in the latest memorandum from Congress regarding the Haryana poll results?

In addition to the claims of Electronic Voting Machine (EVM) fraud, team Kharge’s amended brief from Friday includes a complaint from Varinder Kumar, the Congress candidate running for Panipat.
Kumar claimed that numerous EVM control devices during counting displayed a 99% battery level, per an Indian Express story. Additionally, he asserted that copies of Form 17C, which tabulates the total number of votes cast in a polling place, could not be brought to the counting halls by his election agents.
