Lok Sabha Elections 2024: Live Results for Phase 6: Up until 5 p.m., the overall voter participation was 57.7%. Haryana is little higher at 55.93% than Bihar, which is at 52.24%. J&K is just behind at 51.35%.
Higher percentages are displayed by Jharkhand (61.41%) and Odisha (59.6%). Uttar Pradesh (UP) is at 52.02%, while Delhi’s National Capital Territory (NCT) is at 53.73%.
West Bengal has the greatest percentage (77.99%) of all the listed regions, much higher than the other states indicated.
Six states, two union territories, and fifty-eight constituencies are presently participating in the sixth round of voting. Voters cast ballots in 14 constituencies in Uttar Pradesh, 10 seats in Haryana, 8 seats each in Bihar and West Bengal, 6 seats in Odisha, 4 seats in Jharkhand, and 1 seat in Jammu and Kashmir in addition to the polls on all 7 seats in Delhi.
Many notable people exercised their democratic right to vote, including President Droupadi Murmu, Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar, and Chief Ministers of Delhi and Haryana. Among the notable people were BJP leader Manoj Tiwari, Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar of Haryana, and members of the Gandhi family, including Sonia, Rahul, and Priyanka Gandhi Vadra.
