Latest News Updates : The guy whose catchphrase, “Mandir wahin banayenge (We will build the temple there),” inspired kar sevaks to destroy Babri Masjid in 1992, won’t be present to witness the realization of the BJP-VHP-RSS coalition’s long-cherished shared “dream” of seeing a Ram temple constructed at the location…

Due to “extreme cold weather,” L K Advani is reportedly unable to attend the inaugural ceremony of the Ayodhya Ram Mandir, according to Business Today.  Today, January 22, Ayodhya’s minimum temperature is probably going to be around 6 degrees Celsius, while the afternoon high was 15 degrees Celsius.

Since there has been some ice between Modi and the elder generation of BJP leaders for some time, there has been conjecture for months regarding Advani’s attendance at the ceremony. Advani and Murli Manohar Joshi were expected to miss the ceremony “due to their health and age,” according to a statement made by the Shri Ram Janmbhoomi Teerth Kshetra foundation last month.  The general secretary of the Shri Ram Janmbhoomi Teerth Kshetra trust, Champat Rai, stated last month, “Both are elders of the family and considering their age, they were requested not to come, which was accepted by both.”

On the other hand, a representative of the Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) had previously declared that Advani would be present for the consecration ceremony of the Ram Mandir. Advani would receive the necessary accommodations and medical care, according to VHP International Working President Alok Kumar, who also mentioned that Advani and Murli Manohar Joshi were invited by the VHP to the Ayodhya event in December. However, it appears that Advani has decided to remain hidden until the story of the Ram Janam Bhoomi temple comes to an end.
