With United lagging in the Premier League and an embarrassing early exit from Europe’s top competition, manager Erik ten Hag is under more pressure.
Long before Bayern arrived, United’s chances of qualifying for the Champions League were severely damaged after they lost three of their four games against Copenhagen and Galatasaray.
